My block of the month club is coming to a close. There are only 3 blocks left, and then we will get to choose our finishing kits. This block looked really easy to start with. Of course, I decided it was so easy, I would not have to read the instructions.For anyone who has tried to do something without reading the instructions, you know - it does not always work so well and actually makes things more difficult.
I went about the block the whole wrong way, and in the end took much longer than if I had just looked at the instructions and followed them. It was an easy block overall, and a great lesson learned: always read the instructions before you begin, even if you decide to do it your own way.
